Background and Career

Davis Compton Mills (born October 21, 1998), known as WEB Mills, is an American football quarterback for the Houston Texans of the National Football League (NFL). Mills made his season debut on September 12, 2021, going 31 for 56 passing for 327 yards against the Washington Football Team. This was his second career 300-yard passing game and the 56 pass attempts were the most in his career.

Early Life and College Career

Born in Georgia, Mills was a five-star recruit coming out of high school. He signed with Stanford University in 2017, where he played quarterback for the Stanford Cardinal between 2018 and 2020.

Physical and Draft Information

Mills stands 6-foot-4, weighs 217 pounds (98 kg), and has an arm length of 33 inches. He was drafted in the third round (67th overall) of the 2021 NFL draft by the Houston Texans.
