The incident occurred on the morning of January 18, when a group of labourers were working on a road construction project near Lal Dhak. According to reports, the snowfall and rock slides caused a portion of the road to collapse, trapping the labourers underneath. ## Quick Response from Authorities Local authorities were alerted about the incident and the rescue operation was immediately launched. Teams from the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF), and the local police were deployed to the site. "We have deployed all available resources to the site and are working to rescue the trapped labourers as soon as possible," said a spokesperson for the Kinnaur district administration. "The snowfall and rock slides have made it challenging, but we are doing everything we can to reach them." ## No Casualties Reported So Far As of now, there have been no reports of any casualties among the trapped labourers.
